Slingbacks, High Heels and Sensible Shoes has been a winding and absorbing journey through corridors, cubicles, waiting rooms and hidden corners of our imaginary hospital. It has been an extensive collaboration between performers and theatre makers. Other women have shared their stories and experiences on this project at various stages and Vulcana would like to thank them for their contribution to this final production. It has been a privilege to work with these performers and together integrate stories, images and circus, and to watch this ensemble emerge. |
