Opening Ceremony - led by the NSW Mounted Police Troop, the Festival cast will parade from First Fleeters Park, around Circular Quay to the Opera House Forecourt accompanied by pipe bands. Following the official opening ceremony there will be exciting performances by several of the Festival groups.
