| Abstract/Description |
This is a demurrer to a suit instituted by three of the shareholders
of George Marlow Limited, in substance to restrain Joseph Marks, commonly known as George Marlow, from interfering with the management of the company by the plaintiff, George Willoughby Dowse. The latter, who is professionally known as George Willoughby, has, by the articles of the company, been appointed managing director. The suit is brought by the plaintiffs on behalf of themselves and all other shareholders other than the defendant, George Marlow; the defendants being George Marlow and the company. |
