Reconstructed at a cost of £20,000, for Ben. J. Fuller, the old National Amphitheatre in Bourke street, near Spring street, is now a modern theatre, and reflects great credit on Mr. Henry E. White, F.I.A., F.N.Z.I.A., the well-known theatrical architect. It will be reopened as the Palace Theatre at the Matinee on Saturday next. |
