The Twelfth Night Theatre Company was founded in 1936 in Brisbane by Rhoda Felgate. Amateur for many years it became professional in 1971 and changed its name to TN! Twelfth Night Theatre Company in 1979. It ceased operation in 1991. The collection is comprehensive coverage of the history of the company, until 1989. It includes material on the censorhsip controversy surrounding their production of Alexander Buzo's "Norm and Ahmed" in 1969. |
