Description |
At 3 o'clock on the afternoon of April 15, 1920, a paymaster and his guard were murdered and the payroll stolen. The two murderers were seen to jump into the "murder car" in which were several other men. On May 5, 1920, Nicola Sacco and Bartolomeo Vanzetti were arrested, and so began the famous Sacco and Vanzetti Case which lasted for seven years before they were electrocuted for the crime. |
