Description |
Geoffrey Thomas's tenuous comedy, "The Little Dog Laughed," which he produced for the Kuring-gai Theatre Guild on Saturday night, was written before the dish ran away with the spoon.
For this play takes another heaped spoonful from the jar of bland theatrical bismuth that has so often been used by St John Ervine and Kenneth Horne, among others, to soothe the digestions of time-killing Londoners in the ruminative period between dessert and dreams. |
