Description Winner of The State Theatre Company Young Guns award in 2006, Reason is a play of insight and wit set in a small town during its demolition. Two teenage girls sit on a hill overlooking a town being bombed. A young security guard wants them to leave because it is unsafe. They don't agree.

Further Information PlayFest is a short play festival open to everybody in the Riverland. Riverland Youth Theatre plans to run PlayFest every year to support fun theatrical exploration by groups, schools and friends. By getting involved in PlayFest participants receive free access to theatre workshops such as design, technical aspects, directing, acting and lots of support and advice in producing their play.
