It's a swing show with a twist, and an added dash of comic mayhem.
'Black' Jack Horner is a burnt-out Rat-Pack tragic; once a debonair ladies man, now a drunken, slurring degenerate.
He struggles to keep his friendship with pianist, Benny Brown (and his career) afloat while all else is falling apart. Ditsy emergency ring-in Georgie 'Porgie' Belushi (the very same chain-smoking, once-slim, former ingenue) is the last thing they need. |
