Slim is out to save the world but can he save himself? A satirical look at the foibles of modern day cults, religions and popular culture through the disturbed eyes and cartoon like persona of an American evangelist / cowboy. Slim is stranded somewhere between the irreverence and absurdity of Kiki (and Herb) and the insanity of the Rev. Jim Jones. An experience that parodies the religious fervour of a real life evangelical meeting. Songs, sermons, healings and of course, the offering. |
