An adventure of Australian Bush animals.It is the story of how Maggie Magpie gets a book of magic and causes trouble in Cooee Creek.The parallel to The Wizard Of Oz is that the animals are all looking for something.The gecko wnts to get her tail back,Cocky wants to avoid being made into pickled parrot ,and wombat wants to get his memory back after banging his head on a tree.They figure if they can find The Lizard of Oz he can help them.It is a family show with homour that appeals to both children and adults. |
