| Description |
Andrew London's trio Hot Club Sandwich has offered wry, satirical songs for over 20 years, sending jump our cultural obsessions and taboos with self-deprecating humour that males it impossible to take offence. Steve McDonald's Celtic-flavoured music inspires floods of patriotic nostalgia. His music draws on Scottish history, run-ins with the English, the legendary 'clearances' and the Scottish diaspora to Canada, Australia and New Zealand. The two now embark on a journey from Aberdeen to Aotearoa, exploring Kiwi and Scottish culture with comedy and musical virtuosity. |
