Bittersweet comedy. A story about a girl who measures the water levels of a river. Lizzie loves the river. She lives for it. She loves its momentum. It makes her feel less trapped in her small town life. Lizzie's Mum is a fruitarian who has started to emmet. Lizzie's sister is in China searching for their Father and Lizzie's boyfriend is just about to fall in love. Lizzie can't swim but she is very keen to learn. |
