| Description |
Set in 'present day' Akaroa. Annette St Alery is a woman of 35 whose life is at a crossroads. Everything tempts her to cling desperately to the past - an unhappy love affair in her youth and her lonely life among haunting memories in the old family homestead. Her gradual reconciliation with the present and the fulfilment of her desire for a child are the main themes. |
