Description Who's the Lady? would make the Kaiser laugh. The merriest comedy even Paris has ever known. In London, the newspaper criticism of the famous second act was speedily followed by a special visit from a representative of the Bishop of Kensington, who was sent to report on the scene. He stated that 'Who's the Lady' was harmless and hilarious.
