Description Crowded with icons, both crude and sophisticated, funny to the point of silliness, painful to the point of grimacing discomfort, Inland resists easy definition. In its dramatic and comic imagery, it evokes plenty: Vincent Ward's film Vigil, the Front Lawn's comedy show The Reason for Breakfast, and many points in between. It combines superb dance, laconic monologue, hyper-real and surreal video backdrops, quirky, imposing set and costumes, and haunting, incisive score….
