It is set during the final hours of 1999. The cast of six are on the shore of Pitt Island in the Chathams, working to ensure the safe broadcast of the first sun of 2000 to an anxious world audience. Threats of terrorism are rife and security on the west side of the island prepares for the worst-case scenario. |
