Description A Passionate Woman, set in Yorkshire, is a comedy-drama. Betty has been married to Donald for more than 30 years. She feels trapped, but has stayed because of their son Mark. On Mark's wedding day, Betty flees to the attic, throws on an old dress, plays Platters records and reminisces about an affair she had when she was 20. Then in a twist, the youthful ghost of her lover Craze appears to her. Most of the action is performed in the attic or on the roof of Betty's home.
