| Description |
An intimate story: a young man (Tiaki) from a small North Island town carries the hopes of his family for a brilliant future as a lawyer, but suffers an identity crisis and has to come to terms with himself. An interesting mix of naturalistic and stylised (physical) scenes. The meeting of Tiaki and jounralist Jill superbly combines these two styles when after some edgy party dialogue, they launch into a Maori dance of combat. |
