The issue of working wives and their search for fulfilment… people related to the middle-aged man in his anxiety over his wife's ambitions. I found the play unsatisfyingly thin, with no driving heart of meaning to pump it along, and a superficiality in dealing with its supposed topic which seems out of place in 1986. ACT review. |
