The Criterion Comedy & Burlesque Company was under the management of Irve Hayman and Kate Howarde. This was Kate Howarde's first known production as an actor-manager. Irve Hayman announced at this production that the company would be returning to Wollongong on 29 June with "Aladdin", but there is no record of this on Trove.
