With an all indigenous cast Fire Fire Burning Bright tells how a group of people were incacerated by the white station managers because they killed a bullock.The vivid story of the tragic massacre of Gija and Worla people around the time of World War I is performed by the actual relatives of the massaacred in a startling contemporary version of a traditional joonba (a style of corroboree). |
