Description This performance is a work-in-progress presentation of a new work under development, derived from practice research into acting process for Shakespeare focused creating characterisation from sound in language, and on the persona of Prospero from Shakespeare’s The Tempest. The research is dedicated to identifying, experiencing and responding to what Peter Brook called the ‘verbal music’ of Shakespeare’s verse.
