The Cosgrove Dramatic Company has secured a lease of the Empire Theatre for a period of 12 months, and will begin a season on Saturday next. The opening piece will be a drama, entitled "A Wife's Peril," said to be well provided with sensational situations. The theatre has been thoroughly renovated, and new scenery is being painted for the production, popular prices will be charged.
