"From 11.15pm the concert will be under the control of the International Year of Disabled Persons organisers. Included in their section of the concert is Julian Lee, a blind jazz pianist, and his trio. Also appearing will be the theatre group Naliandrah, which will perform 'Chrysalis', in which 17 people, about half of them disabled, enact in a dance mime the process of emergence of a disabled person from the handicap of a chrysalis into a world where they determine their own fate."
