Description | “The result of what patience and sympathy can accomplish in the training of deaf and dumb children of the community, will be seen at the Parramatta Town Hall, on Sunday afternoon, when Inmates of St. Gabriel’s Home, Castle Hill, will appear in a Scriptural Play, "Joseph and His Brothers." [Line break.] In addition, musical and vocal Items will be contributed by well-known artists. The proceeds will go towards providing outings and extra comforts for the children during the Christmas season. The good work done by the Brothers at the home is widely known, and a large attendance of well-wishers is expected.” | |
