| Description |
On Tuesday evening a public concert was held at the Strangers and Sailors Rest, Masonic Buildings, Fremantle, in aid of the piano fund. The Hon. W. E. Marmion presided and there was a large attendance. The general arrangements and decorations reflected great credit on Captain and Mrs. Smith, the latter having from the first taken a warm interest in the movement to provide a plan of pleasant recreation for sailors and others. |
