A large audience assembled in St. George's Hall, last night, to welcome the Bateman & O'Grady Dramatic Company back to Perth,
after a tour in the country and a short season in Fremantle. In keeping with St. Patrick's Day, the piece chosen for performance was an Irish one, " The Wearin' o' the Green," one of these plays which, being full of exciting incidents and genuine humour, is always sure of a popular reception. |
