Cast Off is inspired by Bosche's painting "The Ship of Fools". It's a play concerning peoples' ability to organise and survive through their innovation and creativity in the face of disaster.
CAST OFF was written by Brisbane playwright Glenn Perry in conjunction with group members and directed by Annette Innes ex-director of Artreach in Sydney. The music is by Al Cox and Lisa Milner and mime by Ken Donnell, the artistic director of the Queensland Theatre of the Deaf. |
