Description Tales and Whiskers was a one-person show, written and performed by Elaine Cusick and co-directed with Michael Forde. This program, paid for by the Logan City Council using Bicentennial funding, enabled it to be presented free of charge to the children in the Logan City area. The show, performed in preschools, extended to a five week program from 10th May to June 7th, 1988.
The narrator introduces Meg Mulligan, a lady who lives on the dole/pension. Meg finds an abandoned puppy which she decides to keep after a phone call to the vet. Meg's neighbours come to visit. First of all, old Mrs. Flind
