Description |
To Have the Honour (1924), a dizzying farce, opens as the Battersbys (father and daughter) are preparing to host a dinner party for Prince Michael of Neo-Slavonia, who they met a few months before in the South of France. But it is obvious from the start that neither Battersby is going to be our hero or heroine. No, from the moment their neighbour Jennifer drops by just before the party, it is clear she is our female lead. |
