A review of the show published in Newcastle Chronicle 18 August 1868 says that the show was divided into two parts, one musical and the other magical. The magical component features a Mr O'Neill - Wizard of the North - performing feats including making silver fly, cards walk, and other instances of illusion. | |||||||
