Description | In October 1998, in the little known US town of Laramie, Wyoming, a 21 year old barely five-foot high, was tied to a fence, pistol-whipped and left fighting for his life. Within 48 hours the world had turned its attention to the victim of what would become a law changing hate crime, those responsible and the town torn apart by the history making event. Laramie, Wyoming would never be the same place again. | ||||||||||
