At just twenty-five years of age, Maxim Vengerov is hailed as the world's most exciting new virtuoso of the violin, a status reinforced by a list of achievements and acclaim that is staggering for such a youthful artist.
Born in Western Siberia, Vengerov now lives in Israel, and from the base circulates among the highest echelons of classical music. He performs and records with the major orchestras of the world and the greatest living conductors.
