Title Company of Many Talents: Sorlie's Show Boat
Abstract/Description George Sorlie's Show Boat company, which opened at Petrie Bight on Saturday night, is as varied as the talents of its outstanding personality, Frank Radcliffe, a negro comedian who sings, dancers, and plays trumpet and piano. Speed is the key note of the Kermond Boys acrobatic turn. Jack Mortimer plays violin with a broom, his hat, or his teeth. Zilla, cortortionist, Jack Arnold on harmonica, Laurie Long, Chinese tap dancer and two comedians Ronnie Shand and Buddy Morley, and the Eight Rhythm Rascals, all do fine work. The show will run for three weeks.
