| Abstract/Description |
The Great North China Troupe appearing at the Tivoli in the "Wonder Show of World Stars" is one of the biggest and best vaudeville acts to play in Australia for 10 years. The Chinese company and Alec Halls, the trombone-playing comedian, are the very stuff of vaudeville. The Chinese troupe includes jugglers, acrobats, fire-eater and sword swallowers, and horizontal-bar athletes. Also performing are: Sid Grauman and dancers; Billy Rays, juggling comedian; Eddie Rickard, shadowgraphs; and Joey Porter maintains his popularity as principal comedian. |
