Title To Whom It May Concern (George Marlow Name Change)
Abstract/Description I, GEORGE MARLOW, of Hampton Court, Woolcott street, Darlinghurst, Sydney, gentleman, born at Birmingham, England, do hereby give notice that the name George Marlow has been and will be for the future assumed, taken, and adopted by me in lieu of and in substitution for my former name of Joseph Lewis Marks, and that at all times hereafter the name George Marlow will alone be used and adopted by me in all business documents and writings, and all legal and other proceedings and instruments, and upon all occasions whatsoever, and that such intended name, or assumption of name, is formally declared and evidenced by a deed poll under my hand and seal, dated this 21st day of March, 1919, and enrolled in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, in its Equitable Jurisdiction. In witness whereof I do hereby sign and subscribe myself by such my intended future name. Dated at Sydney, this twenty first day of March. A. D. 1919. GEORGE MARLOW.
