| Title |
Grand Opera House. Miss Bramley's Company |
| Abstract/Description |
"Second Hand Brides," the comedy performed at The Grand Opera House on Saturday night by Miss Nellie Bramley and her company, would be more enjoyable if the author had been at less pains to provide humorous situations. So many changes are rung on the theme of a divorced woman meeting her first husband in the presence of her second that the plot becomes rather bewildering. Praiseworthy acting, however, gave the play a pleasing freshness. |
