Title Ibsen Masterpiece for Open Air Stage
Abstract/Description With grassy lawns at Parsley Bay, Vaucluse, as their stage, rocks and living trees as their "props," these amateur players rehearse a scene in Ibsen's masterpiece, "Peer Gynt," which will be played in the open-air "theatre" on February 24. Norman Maxwell and Mea Macdonaid are shown in a scene from Ibsen's play, which begins at 4.45 p.m. and continues to 10.30 p.m.
