Bluestone Baths for “Blue” Comedians Would They Prevent “Smut”? |

[includes review of radio production of Ned Kelly] |
| Abstract/Description |
I was not, I must confess, thrillfully moved by Mr. Douglas Stewart's radio version of his "Ned Kelly," broadcast over the national station on Sunday night last. It wanted less speeches and more movement. There was plenty of diction, but not enough drama. The characters of the four members of this bushranging gang were certainly not brought out by the manner in which they were made to speak through the "mike." |
