Day Must Break at Theatre Royal |
| Abstract/Description |
FIRST PLAY BY YOUNG CATHOLIC. By arrangements with J. C. Williamson Ltd., Planet Productions will present 'Day Must Break,' the first play of a young Catholic, Alexander Connell. A product of the Benedictine Monastery at Fort Augustus, in Scotland, Connell arrived in Australia not long ago, armed with several novels and the play high hopes and little else. From what we have seen of Mr. Connell, the production should be an interesting event, and well worth a visit. The play will be presented in a series of matinees on the 23rd, 25th and 26th and 29th November. |
