Abstract/Description	The 44 member Bayanihan Philippines Dance Comany, on tour in Australia, has received enthusiastic notices' from Australian theatre critics with 'Melbourne Age' critic Leonard Radic calling them: "Ambassadors at large, projecting across the footlights the image of a gay, smiling, fun-loving people". Currently performing in a three weeks' season Melbourne, they have already given two weeks of performances at the Adelaide Festival of Arts. They will appear in Sydney from 19 April - 9 May and in Brisbane from 10-23 May - during their time in Melbourne some of the dancers took time out for sightseeing and souvenir shopping.
