Title | Cultural Move On Nth. Shore
Abstract/Description | THE establishment of a cultural centre, with its own theatre, library and clubrooms, is envisaged by members of the Kuring-gai Theatre Guild, a rapidly growing body of North Shore citizens. The guild was formed five months ago, and already has 700 members, including business girls, wives of business and professional men, and men and women, amateur theatricals. A club-house, accommodating 200, is a recent acquisition.
