The Guardsman. Independent Theatre's Production |
| Abstract/Description |
On Saturday night the staging of the play lacked something of polish. The living-room of the couple certainly held the taut atmosphere of blickering and stormy interludes but It wanted the essential touches to reflect the personalitles of Its main occupants. The second act well suggested the ante-room of a theatre box. Here the atmosphere was good, helped by deft production as well as by the way the actors handled this scene. |
