Prop apple from "The Apple Show", Handspan Theatre, 1979. Hollow green painted foam and paper apple that opens into two separate halves, with a chain of smiling textile paperdolls from each half, joining with hook and loop tape in the middle. Alternating figures of girl, boy, girl, boy, heart. There is a red felt heart shape adhered to the inside of each apple half. Apple halves are secured by hook and loop closure and a metal nail. |
