Title The House that Jack Built
Abstract/Description The Christmas festivities were gaily heralded in by the production on Saturday night at the Prince of Wales Opera House, of Mr. Ackhurst's burlesque 'The House that Jack Built,' together with the usual harlequinade. All the resources of the management have been lavished upon this gorgeous holiday spectacle; and we predict a rich treat for the juveniles, who will doutless feast with avidity upon the chaste and beau tiful scenery, rich dresses, decorations, and properties, ballets and processions of the burlesque as well as the jovialities of the harleqinade.
