Princess Theatre - The Pantomime Matsa |
| Abstract/Description |
"It's Gordon's pantomime"- remarked one of the many hundreds of spectators who turned regretfully away from the Princess's Theatre on Saturday night after spending a most agreeable three hours in the company of Matsa, the Fire Queen. And there is truth in the remark. The paramount success of Messrs Williamson :and Musgrove's fifteenth Christmas pantomime undoubtedly belongs to Messrs. George and J. Gordon and Mr. John Brunton, who have among them supplied a set of stage pictures quite unsurpassed in the history of these annual events. |
