Lovers' Leap bright comedy |
| Abstract/Description |
'Lovers' Leap', the Repertory Society's first play for this year, will be welcomed by theatre-goers who feel that in the realm of entertainment, too much murder has been going on for too long, and find a straight comedy, without a body tumbling out of a cupboard, a refreshing change. Philip Johnson, has put his comedy in the setting so beloved of English playwright -- the country home of the privileged well to do upper class with a discreet and unsurprisable butler appearing to set the tone of things. |
