The collection covers 1952-1974 when the Society administered several groups such as a Recorded Music Group, a Film Society an Art Group as well as an amateur theatre group, Bathurst Players. The Society was also the local entrepreneur for professional companies and artists touring to Bathurst under the Arts Council of NSW. Materials include minute books, financial records, correspondence, reports, funding proposals, members registers and occasional newsletters. No programs are included. |
