Canberra Philharmonic is an amateur musical theatre society which was founded in 1951. It has presented Australian works such as Akbert Arlen's "The sentimental bloke" and a new version of "Lola Montez" by Alan Burke. The collection covers the history of the Society 1953+ . There is also a large collection of photographs of Phiharmonic productions in the National Library's Pictures Collection. |
